Psychological treatment in Ménière’s disease

Ménière’s disease is a chronic disorder that leads to acute attacks of severe vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss. The condition is unpredictable, and distress is common in patients. There is also a link between severity of symptoms and anxiety or stressful situations, making treatment of psychological symptoms relevant.
