Clinical supervision for nurses

Nursing can be both demanding and challenging. Improvements in the psychosocial and organizational work environment may help improve the health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals. Clinical supervision has been proposed to be a way to help nurses meet the psychosocial and organizational challenges they face. It is believed that clinical supervision will lead to a healthier work situation and thereby contribute to safer and more effective healthcare.
