Planned to be published: Quarter 1, 2027 Registration no: SBU 2025/1348

Background

SBU has been commissioned by the government to compile scientific knowledge about methods, ways of working, and efforts to ensure that perpetrators of domestic violence or honor-related violence and oppression cease with their behavior.

Objective

SBU will map both compiled scientific research (systematic reviews) and individual research studies (primary studies) of methods, ways of working, and efforts (interventions) to prevent recidivism among perpetrators of domestic violence or honor-related violence.

The purpose of the mapping is to show for which interventions, and for which perpetrators of violence, there exist scientific research and where there are gaps in the research.
