  1. What benefit and harm do psychological treatments and psychosocial interventions have, on outcomes like symptoms of psychiatric illness, recovery, quality of life and ability to return to society for persons who have been sentenced to forensic psychiatry?
  2. What psychological treatments and psychosocial interventions are cost effective in the setting of forensic psychiatry?
  3. Which ethical aspects are important psychological treatments and psychosocial interventions in forensic psychiatry?
  4. The setting of the interventions I further explored in qualitative studies: What are the main topics regarding patient’s experiences of interactions, caring and ward-atmosphere in Swedish forensic psychiatry?
